*All those who enter, re-enter or return to Japan (including Japanese nationals) are requested to submit a certificate proving a negative test result for COVID-19 that was conducted within 72 hours prior to departure for Japan. Please see the link here for the test certificate required format.

Before entering Japan
Install the MySOS app* on your smartphone/device
*MySOS is an app to report your health condition and location after entering Japan. It is also used to pre-register for quarantine procedures before you enter Japan.
If you do not have a smartphone, please complete the Questionnaire WEB survey online, and bring the resulting QR code with you.
